A full or partial denture, custom made to fit your mouth, that rests on your gum ridge and comes out at night. It's the fastest and least expensive way to have a full set of teeth again, and in many cases we can take teeth out and fit a healing denture the same day so you never leave without a smile.
We place two to four implants in your jaw, then build a denture that clicks firmly onto them. It stays put when you eat and talk, no adhesive, but you can still take it out to clean it. For most people this is the biggest single jump in quality of life per dollar spent.
A full bridge of teeth secured onto four or more implants and screwed permanently into place. It never comes out. An All-on-4 rests one long bridge on four implants. 3 On 6 places six implants and splits the arch into three separate fixed bridges. The bite is carried at six points instead of four, the spans are shorter and easier to clean under, and if one section ever needs attention we address that section rather than lifting the entire arch. It is a distinct protocol with its own training, and only a certified doctor is permitted to place it. Dr. Salhab is one of them.

Common questions
A traditional denture is the least expensive route and can often be fitted quickly. But "cheapest today" and "best value over ten years" aren't always the same answer. Implants cost more up front and last far longer, and financing spreads the cost into monthly payments that many people find easier to absorb than one large bill. Come in for the free consultation and we'll price out all three paths so you can compare them properly.
The real difference is how permanent it is. A denture rests on your gums and lifts out. Snap-in implants hold a denture firmly in place but still let you remove it to clean. A fixed full-arch bridge is screwed onto implants and never comes out at all. Bone volume, general health, and budget all play into which one makes sense for you, and that's what your exam and 3D scan will tell us.
In many cases, yes. With immediate dentures, we can extract and fit a healing denture in the same appointment so you don't go home without teeth. With fixed full-arch treatment, we can often place implants and fit a temporary arch the same day, with the permanent bridge fitted once you've healed. Whether that applies to you depends on your exam, and Dr. Salhab will tell you straight.
Hear it from us before you accept it. Bone grafting, angled implant placement, and modern 3D planning have made implants possible for a lot of people who were turned down even a few years ago. This is a large part of what Dr. Salhab does. A second opinion costs you nothing here.
Bring whatever plan you have and we'll work with it. We verify your benefits before treatment starts, apply everything you're entitled to, and file the claims ourselves. Insurance and financing can also be combined, so your coverage reduces the balance and financing handles the rest.
Almost nobody does. We work with Cherry, Proceed Finance, Sunbit, HFD, and CareCredit, and our treatment coordinator will sit with you and apply. Several of these use a soft credit check that doesn't affect your score. Having five lenders means one decline doesn't end the conversation.
You will not be lectured here. Most of the people Dr. Salhab treats have been putting this off for a long time, and every one of them says afterward that the hardest part was making the call. We also offer sedation if anxiety is what's been stopping you.
